Thoughtful Presence Giveaway: Be Our Valentine Gift Set

I have the sweetest memory (literally and figuratively) of Valentine's Day as a child. My dad would come home every year on Valentine's Day with a large heart shaped box of Fannie May chocolates for my mom and 2 small heart shaped boxes for me and my brother. Of all the Valentines we'd receive at school, party treats, and such, that box of chocolates always meant so much. Of course, I loved the candy, but the heart shaped box from my dad really felt special. I knew he loved me by that little red box.

To help you create those special memories we're giving 15% off all Valentine gifts and a chance to win your own Valentine Gift Set. These are a few of our favorites:

Be My Valentine Shaving Set for Men

Elegant Candle and Chocolates Gift Set

  2. I married my childhood sweetheart 4 years ago! We were neighbors from the time I was 12 until I was in my early 20's and we remained friends for many years until he moved to FL We lost touch for almost 15 years when I found him again through Facebook. He had since moved to FL and I flew from NY to visit him. We were married 10 days later. We celebrate our anniversary on March 17 ( St Patrick's Day) but being married to my childhood sweetheart makes EVERY day with him Valentine's day!

  3. I have been very sick with Lupus for the last couple of years unable to enjoy any of the special holidays and events with my husband and/or son. I hope this year to be able to cook my husband a nice dinner, maybe lasagna his favorite. It would be a nice memory for him and I in the coming year in case I don't get better.

    1. Robin, thank you for sharing. I have been living with lupus for 18 years, and although it is under control right now, the first 5 years were very difficult. I still have flares up and down. Do you follow the Lupus Foundation or @runningforlupus? They are good resources. I hope you are well enough to make the dinner for your husband. I wish you the very best and if there's anything I can help you with, please feel free to reach out. Good luck and thanks for joining us!
